## About FOS

FOS replaces traditional centralized intermediaries with transparent, immutable smart contracts. The platform is non-custodial — we never hold user funds. All transactions are executed automatically via publicly auditable smart contracts on the Base Network.

## How It Works

FOS operates in repeating cycles called "Cycle of 500":
- Each cycle starts with the first mint and ends at the 500th collectible (the "Green Eye")
- The 500th mint triggers an automated reward distribution to participants
- Recipients are selected via Chainlink VRF (provably fair random number generator)
- All logic is on-chain, transparent, and tamper-proof

## Collectible Tiers

- **FOS Buddy** — Entry tier (~$3 USD in ETH)
- **FOS Samurai** — Mid tier (~$13 USD in ETH)
- **FOS Noble** — Premium tier (~$25 USD in ETH)

Free gas-only mints are available at specific numbers: #10, #100, #200, #300, #400.
