• Wallet Address: The blockchain wallet address you connect to our platform.
• Social Account Identifiers (Whitelist Only): If you choose to participate in the whitelist or social verification flows, we temporarily process limited social identifiers (e.g., Twitter/X handle or user ID, Discord user ID, YouTube channel ID, Telegram username) strictly to verify eligibility.
• Technical Data for Security & Access Compliance: Our infrastructure momentarily processes IP addresses and related network metadata to enforce security controls (e.g., rate limiting, abuse detection) and to support access compliance for restricted jurisdictions. This data is not stored in a profile, and is not linked to your wallet address.

Important: We do not collect your name, email, phone number, government ID, or other traditional personally identifiable information (PII). We do not build identity profiles from social or technical data, and we do not use this data for marketing.

2. How We Use Wallet Addresses

Wallet addresses are used exclusively for:

• Facilitating NFT minting and purchases
• Recording allocation and referral accounting
• Supporting on-chain transactions and smart contract functionality
• Optional analytics of on-chain activity without linking to identity

No wallet addresses are ever sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

2.1 Whitelist & Social Verification Data

If you opt in to whitelist or social verification flows:

• Social account identifiers are used only to confirm that you meet the configured whitelist criteria (for example, following an account, joining a server, or subscribing to a channel).
• These identifiers are processed for the minimum time necessary to complete verification and are not used to build marketing profiles or enrich off-chain identity.
• We do not sell or rent social account identifiers and do not use them to contact you off-platform.

3. On-Chain Transparency

Because all transactions occur on the blockchain:

• Your wallet address and associated activity are publicly visible on BaseScan or other blockchain explorers.
• This transparency is inherent to blockchain technology and is outside our control.

4. Storage & Security

• Wallet addresses are stored securely in our system and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
• We implement strong technical safeguards to protect against data loss or unauthorized access.
• Data is retained only as long as needed to facilitate NFT and allocation functionalities.

5. No Third-Party Linking

We do not link wallet addresses to off-chain identities. Your wallet activity remains anonymous beyond blockchain transparency.

6. Your Rights

• You may disconnect your wallet at any time.
• Since no personal data is collected, there is no requirement to request deletion or modification beyond disconnecting your wallet.
• Where applicable law provides data subject rights (such as access or deletion), such rights apply only to any transient technical or verification data processed off-chain, to the extent such data exists and is legally required to be retained.

7. Children

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform or interact with our smart contracts and services. We do not knowingly collect wallet addresses or verification data from minors.
